First you need to have your current email username and password. If you do not have these please contact support.
Next, in your web browser go to http://www.yourdomain.com/login (the /login part is the key here).
You will then be prompted to enter your username and password to login.
(uncheck the box for secure connection unless you know your company has a secure certificate)
Once logged in you will be in the “Account Settings” area for your
account. On that first screen you can enter a new password and then
click the “save” button and you will be all set.
Note: the password must be at least 8 characters and not be based on any dictionary words. The system will tell you if a password is rejected for security purposes.
